What's up You Ask? Not a Damn Thing

That's right. The Mistress can't tell y'all how nice to just sit on her ass and do not a damn thing! It has been since mid May that my schedule allowed for my weekend lounging at home with no plans. Originally this weekend I was suppose to be gay camping with my good friend and sister Mame. My friend and host had to cancel the weekend as he had family coming to visit he hadn't seen in some time, so the trip got cancelled. I was depressed at first because we had such a lovely time last year. But as it turns out the weather this weekend sucks as it has been raining since yesterday. And I'm talking typhoon rains here. The area where the camp ground is are getting pounded even harder than we are. So it would have been a wash out. Plus Mame can get her regular meals! I only eat like every other week ya know. So this weekend I am ENJOYING doing NOTHING! The house work is done, and I may go to the market later to get some fruit and veggies but that's it. I have been spending my time watching DVD'S I got at a kick off meeting from work. They are chalk full of old TMC movies! So I am now on my fourth movie and have already seen:

And the fabulous, The Band Wagon, with the very gorgeous and talented Cyd Charisse! I love me ALOT of Cyd Charisse!




Next up will be Easter Parade with Judy Garland. So as you can see I'm in heaven right know. So who care that it is raining? It's just nice to be home again for a week or two -for now. Although a pork bun or two might be nice.

Remembrance

TOPS AND BOTTOMS

A friend of mine emailed me this funny snippet from the Sword the other day regarding tops and bottoms. The sword sifted through tons and tons of Craigs list ads and tabelated where the tops and bottoms are in the country. I have to say I was a wee bit shocked to see their wasn't more tops in the south. I have always found the men down there to be very forward and go after what they want. Something I admire. The Mistress was completely stunned to see that the top three contenders for the most bottoms were Houston, Miami, and San Francisco. When we were just out in San Fran and the men were rubbing up against the Mistress's groin area .I thought they just needed to be itched! But Atlanta doesn't surprise me at all as having a lot of tops.All I'm say'in is the Mistress had a lovely time when she visited there several years ago! Plus there is no mention at all of the Mid-Western boys. Which way do you suppose they swing? Is your city on here? All I know is I'm glad to see Philadelphia isn't on here. The men in this city are just like the Mistress -versatile!

Pollo Del Mar has been entertaining the masses for years now in the Bay Area, with her unique style of performance and her campy looks! Pollo is a San Francisco based queen who is a performer, emcee and charity planner, magazine cover girl,and a journalist for several local publications for the gay community. Pollo Del Mar which translates to chicken of the sea, got her infamous start at the legendary club, Trannyshack and has been performing ever since. Now a days, she just wrapped, The Golden Girls:The Play, where a all drag cast played the parts of the famous quartet and re-enacted episodes of the titled show. A huge success it was, to sold out crowds every night. Pollo has also gained some popularity for her attention in political effects in the wake of California's Prop 8, and she still won't give up!
