While I do love Troy Sivan alot, for some reason I have been in the Grant Knoche camp more. First of all, the guy is sexy as hell, and his dancing puts me into a trance. He would easily seduce me on a dance floor. With his new album, Good Luck Getting Over Me, just saw two leashes this this month. One of his newest, Stripped, has never made me pause a video so much. Whew. Grants' synth-driven, deep bass, and often intimate pop songs, which often make you drawn to them, are different and unique. All written and produced by him. He was always on a 7 or 8, but boy just went up and over a ten with the heat. As our dear own Fatsissy would say Ohh heeeeennnnyyyy!! And he just started touring with this album, so Grant if you're reading and need a place to crash and relax...just give the Mistress a call baby.
So young, so beautiful. He was singing about showing me something (his heart maybe) but all I could see was his chest.

ReplyDeleteI'm like you, I enjoy them both, but like Grant a bit more. Stripped had me so emotional. Visual creatures don’t care about what someone has to say. They just want to fulfill their own pleasures and desires. I like both songs, but Stripped....Great song, great concept and it’s incredibly executed.
ReplyDeleteI love him too. People see him as a pan flash. Nope. If you listen... it's very deep lyrics about getting vulnerable and feeling like only a desire object. This is so artistic and the visuals have meaning. He really puts the though into his work.
