Me? during the day, I like my quiet time. sometimes I have music or the tv, but most of the time, I like listenting to the furnace come on, my dogs snoring, the birds outside....

now I think I'll go outside in the cold and just sit!

XOXOXOXOXAngelhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06245554563405436101noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8188983699731524293.post-21684163081390548692009-04-08T08:11:00.000-04:002009-04-08T08:11:00.000-04:00I totally agree. Try being away from your computer for a day or 2- you will feel SO out of touch!
I do like having choices- I always HATED watching the news on TV because you had to watch the sports (local TV sportscasters are alwys such DORKS!) to be able to see what the weather would be like. Now I can find out with a few keystrokes what the weather is like here, and where I'm going, and whether my flight will be on time!
It can be overwhelming at times but I think feeling out of touch would be worse!Miss Ginger Granthttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03494225040016735718noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8188983699731524293.post-43976302317030025942009-04-08T06:56:00.000-04:002009-04-08T06:56:00.000-04:00I think this is a brazilliant post, because I tota...I think this is a brazilliant post, because I totally agree.
I revel in the quiet moments, just relaxing and daydreaming.
Everyone could use a "time-out" now and again.
I had one fo those days yesterday while preparing for carlos' birthday: no blogging, no emailing, no phones, no computers, no TV....I don't text or Facebook or Twitter, so those were an easy give up.
It was a nice day just doing a few little things, and then having a lovely evening with the Mister.
Loved the post!Bobhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15302478126147924237noreply@blogger.com
