  7. Using only three words seems like a crime or doesn't do her justice. Am I right?

Yes, three words are not enough to describe people of great accomplishments like Mary McLeod Bethune. At time of her death in 1955, many newspapers felt that her life story should be taught to America’s schoolchildren. Today efforts are made to erase her life story and those of others that don’t fit in with the racist and sexist views espoused by today’s Republican Party. Once the party of Abraham Lincoln, a man of integrity, and is now the party of his assassin John Wilkes Booth, a miserable racist.

A fascinating woman.Mary McLeod Bethune was a passionate educator and presidential advisor. In her long career of public service, she became one of the earliest black female activists that helped lay the foundation to the modern civil rights movement. Great to keep her name current Mistress.
