PSA #23-MILK

We here at the Casa du Borghese strongly endorse drinking milk and keeping our farms thriving. Drinking milk also has many benefits.
Drinking milk is perfectly natural .

Milk is the only food that you can survive on wholly on, having every nutrient your body needs to live.

Milk has purifying properties and a milk cleanse is a great way to detox your body.
Milk not only feeds you, but also feeds the bacteria in your gut and many nutrients in milk act as prebiotics to keep your gut bacteria healthy.
People who drink more milk during formative years, grow taller.

Countries that drink milk are smarter and win more Nobel prizes.
Milk is the best recovery drink after a workout or other physical activity. The combination of carbohydrates, fat, protein, and other micronutrients makes milk the premier recovery drink, possibly even more effective than commercially available sports drinks at promoting recovery from strength and endurance exercise.

Milk is the most hydrating beverage you can drink – researchers used water as a control and assigned a value of 1.0 on the Body Hydrating Index (BHI). Skim milk (1.58) and full-fat milk (1.50) were more hydrating than water itself.
Milk is one of the most nutritionally dense food you can buy -At about 25 cents per serving, milk is a low-cost option with nine nutrients essential to our health including protein, calcium, potassium, phosphorous, riboflavin, niacin as well as vitamins A, D and B12.

It has long been recognized for its important role in bone health.
Would you believe your Mistress goes through a gallon of milk a week not gin,....contrary to popular belief???? Tis true!So I and the houseboys say drink your milk! This as been a Casa du Borghese PSA.

  1. Uhm, what is this post about again? Oh, yeah, milk! My balder half is lactose intolerant, so does almond milk count? Just think of those poor farmers trying to express milk from those tiny nuts! Nut milkers of the world I salute you! Sorry, Maddie, but you do bring the silliness in me to the fore. Yeah, I'm blaming you.

  16. And let us not regale the story of how years ago we were all out one weekend.... and you were stinking ripped, and instead of asking for another cocktail, you ordered a glass of milk.

I to date, never saw a bartender so dumbfounded.

  17. I love milk too, I am lactose intolerant as well but I buy lactose milk or goats milk. I drink three to four liters a week. I always liked it, I think it's why I am so tall compared to my parents and sister.
