PHILADELPHIA BEAUTY

Over the last couple weeks when I've been in Philadelphia, it has been spectacular. Is it any wonder I love this city...such wonderful architecture and scenes, from the Masonic Temple, to the Art Museum, to City Hall, to Rittenhouse Square.

  1. It is very beautiful. I'm still staying in California. No wanderlust at all. I do like the feel of history.

    1. I've been to California several times, and loved it, but don't know I'd move out there. If I did, I by far preferred Northern Cali, especially the San Francisco, Napa Valley, Lake Tahoe, Sausalito area.

    2. I live a hop skip and a jump from San Francisco (if you take a helicopter, traffic you know). I've lived here twenty-five years now, and I still miss San Diego. The weather is better in Southern California, and the water at the beach is warmer. Little things mean a lot. I can't live where it snows. Balder half is originally from Chicago. He never wants to live in snow again. Playing in snow is different :) You seem to be the kind of person who makes lemonade out of lemons, so you'd find a way to make it anywhere. I could be wrong, though.

    1. You aren't kidding. I watched 20 minutes and thought a funeral parlor had more excitement. And the fashion was the worst I'd seen!!!! Very prom feel meet Jersey Housewives gowns. What the hell happened from the Golden Globes?!?! Much more elegant and fashionable there.

    2. I agree, it was really boring, I turned the channel and completely forgot about it. I usually don't watch award shows anyway.

Nice pictures, looks like a good city to play tourist in.

  3. I can't believe I have never ever been to Philadelphia. My parents used to go all the time and they loved the city. Your photos are perfect.
